Domi has to be a resigning, one of the few to never mail it in. Didn’t think I would be saying it about him but I think he would be perfect for the rebuild. Trade him at deadline then bring him back for 3 would be perfect. He also wants to be here that’s important.

"IF" they got Bedard, could be 2/3rds of a damn good 1st line A big center like Dach would look good between them, but I'm sure anyone would look good between those 2. What's Bedards primary position? I looked up his profile and it says center. But the 1 game I watched when Canada and USA played he was on the wing

Big question 88 can easily go play with 19. I was told there was a plan now let’s see what they decided does Lucas stay up for rest of season ? I gotta think for right now wing suits him better . I even liked his forecheck. If Kane comes back first I guess Seney, who has actually looked as good as anybody else on our bottom six, goes back. I’d like to see one more game at least from Reichel and that line.

my guess would be reichel plays one more game with chicago against colorado on the 12th, then gets sent back to rockford who play a B2B on the 13th and 14th.
hogs with just 2 goals for in 2 games since reichel/seney called up, plus we aren't exactly in the winning business this year anyways.
edit: but that would be 3 games in 3 nights for reichel with a travel day thrown in...so maybe not.

This has been the first game in, what seems like a long time, where the Hawks scored a couple of goals based on good passing.

Hawks trying hard to lose out on Bedard That's a really smart idea!!!!! Glad to see Reichel do well, but this team needs to finish last and will not survive without that.

They are a bunch of players who are sick to death of losing. Can't say I blame them. I can sure understand that they would get tired of losing and are programmed to try their best to win. However, winning is just in the best interest of the franchise at this point. But, Richardson sure can't tell them to go out there and stink up the joint.

I'm trying hard to temper my enthusiasm for reichel, but in a season like this one it's hard to do.

They sure did. Man, Kurashev is sure due for a goal. It would be great to see Reichel get his first as well. That's some clairvoyance on display here! While I'm on a roll... We're getting Bedard!!!!

I'm trying hard to temper my enthusiasm for reichel, but in a season like this one it's hard to do. McCabe is 6'1", looks like Reichel is taller than him. He was listed at 6' 170lbs when drafted, he's in the 180s now and might be close to 6'2".

His career FO% even including this season where he's not weighed down by the 'hawks is a paltry 34.6%. Unless Bedard or Reichel are Hossa-level defensive juggernauts there's no need to be chasing the puck after every 2 faceoffs out of 3. I think as it stands, unless Toews is still here might as well have Bedard at the dot.

I stand corrected then. My mistake and apologies.
