as much as i'd like the jets to win and as much as i'd like vegas to lose, the numbers tell me otherwise.
jets were 8-7-0 the last month and 14-14-2 since the all star break and are only in the playoffs because the flames shat the bed.
so sadly i pick vegas in 6...no, make that vegas in 5.

Jets would have to be much more consistent than they were during the season - could happen but doubt it. Vegas is 6.

leafs and oilers both road teams that won despite trailing by 3 at some point.
should be easy for the jets to come back from 2 goals at home.
gonna' be tough without morrissey, scheifele and ehlers.

in a perfect world, paul maurice would chime in on this. The Jets put faith on the wrong players to lead them. Scheifele and Wheeler are great pkayers that can pile up points but theyre missing that “thing” that can lead a team. Just like the Preds with Johansen and Duchene. Their D also sucks. Hellebuyck is good, i would keep him but he should get out of there before he turn into another Gibson |
