A win tonight in Boston and here I am posting. Nice to get a much needed 2 points, but not really impressed with the overall performance. Same stuff - zone entry too easy for the opposition. Not enough sustained pressure in the offensive zone. Too much sustained pressure in their own zone. Too many scoring chances from prime areas. Too many shots against. Another blown lead in the 3rd when the other team finally woke up and decided to play hard. 2 points is nice, but they were fortunate to walk away with them tonight. Special teams / bad break in the first was the difference. 5-on-5 they were clearly not the better team. Dude, wrong thread, we have other threads to complain. Here we are welcoming new members. But I guess I will reply here. How about they beat one of the best teams in a league on their ice without Keith etc, scored shorthanded goal, PP goal, killed penalties, played hard, were not intimidated, Toews and Cat scored. There were some positives. Jekyll and hyde season so far |

Did everyone have an issue with the boards last night between 8-9 central time during the game?
Like a "Blue Bear" error message?
That Blue Bear thing started popping up on other boards from Proboards.
I am checking with them if it was a server issue with them. It was nothing on our end of this forum.
I'll try to find out if these are common and how I can fix this. Like creating my own web page and host site or build my own server.

Like creating my own web page and host site or build my own server. yeah...lasted no longer than 10 or 15 minutes. a minor inconvenience in the boards that have been ticking along flawlessly up til now as far as i can tell. |

T-Man, anything we do to adjust the quote feature here so it only quotes the poster you are quoting instead of everything that was in that previous post?

I thought I had fixed that the first week I opened the boards. Took me a while to find where that setting was.. Since I am quoting you in this post, quote this back now. You should see my quote as well as yours, but when you answer you should only see my quote and not yours previously that I quoted. There is a divideing line very faint, if you type above that then you will see both quotes. Below that line only the person you quote should be see when posted. |

i don't suppose there's a way you could put a home button on the bottom of each page?
hundreds of those views are likely just me going to my favorites and re-opening this site because it's quicker than scrolling back up to the top to hit home, and it's quicker than hitting the back button which i usually have to do twice at least.
it's just soooo much work. : )
nice numbers regardless, interesting to see so thnx for posting them.
