Better send Sikura and Highmore back there.

Brutal, I guess they need their career AHLer Sikura. I like how Quennevilles been playing but he was putting up good numbers before being called up, maybe he should be sent back down. And I don't want Stan making anymore moves because he should be let go but the Hogs need more depth up front.

Hogs have signed Spencer Watson, he played with the Hogs briefly last season and he was playing in Indy this season.
He's second in the ECHL in goals and 3rd in points. 20g-19a in 33gms.

Hawks just put Holm on unconditional waivers.....is there a trade brewing or is this just another bad player assessment?

Hawks just put Holm on unconditional waivers.....is there a trade brewing or is this just another bad player assessment? He was one of the best dmen in the preseason, he would've looked much better on the blueline than Gus and Koekkoek.

I don't blame him, Holm and Wedin should've been on the Hawks since day 1. There's no way Wedin would/could be any worse than Nylander or Sikura. No GM with a brain would continue giving Sikura chances.

yep. they're woefully thin and as a result, fragile...just like the parent club.
both decent teams when fully manned but....

Injuries and call ups are killing them. edit: osipov in an early scrap. hogs end that dismal streak at 6 and jump ahead of manitoba in the standings. despite the losing streak, still have the 3rd best points percentage in their division with games in hand on all of the others, so things could be worse. looking at the boxscore, seems like a solid effort all around. some pretty goals as well. | American Hockey League Game #549 Manitoba 1 at Rockford 4 BMO Harris Bank Center Jan 8, 2020 | Referee: | Mitch Dunning (43) Justin Kea (70) | Linesmen: | Jameson Gronert (95) Jonathan Sladek (53) | |

Finally snapped the losing streak to avoid going under .500.
Nice to see Hagel get a couple and Tomkins with another win stopping 20 of 21, good defensive effort. Osipov should be part of the future, awesome fight and he's a big right handed dman.

Nilsson and Hagel have some chemistry. Nice end to end by Nilsson, you don’t see those anymore.

If Stan knew how to build a team losing a few players to injury wouldn't deplete the teams depth and the farm system.

At least they got a point vs a very good team.
Nice to see Carlsson with his 4th from Hagel and Nilsson. Those forwards look good together with Entwistle, they need more depth, hurts losing Wedin and Kurashev.
Lankinen stopping 33 of 35 👍

Kurashev will play, it’s too bad he’s hurt and losing development time. Like hagel, they’re getting their game together and seeing results.
