Given the Feds' recent involvement with the US rail union, is this a sign that Marty will likely be seen as not likely to be causing commotion /strike threat in advance of the next CBA? I think the game plan is to get along. Both sides I think are happy, the only sticking point for next contract will be about medical but as we know things can change.
