I hate the stars sans pavelski and domi, but im picking them in 6. Oettinger > Hill, Brossoit, Quick What I hate even more is that in finals both teams will be from the south, where they have no business playing hockey.

Stars in six, better goaltending and deep lineup especially with Pavelski back and healthy.

When did Vegas leave the west coast? Pretty sure they still have a chance even if they haven't won a game in this series yet

Pretty sure they still have a chance even if they haven't won a game in this series yet gonna need some earthquakes for Vegas to have any beachfront properties available. Vegas probably has the highest average temps of all the cities left as well (but has the nicest weather as the only one without the disgusting humidity).

I read today vegas is the northernmost city left in the playoffs.
I would've thought Raleigh. Better brush up on my u.s. geography.
edit: it's very close. according to google earth, T-Mobile arena in vegas just under 21 miles further north than PNC arena in raleigh, north carolina.

It's not Gary's fault Edmonton and Toronto never put a stud in net! Skinner's young but it's real hard to win a series when you pull your starter three times.

What I hate even more is that in finals both teams will be from the south, where they have no business playing hockey. hockey is for everyone. 😎 I have no objection to people in the southern states watching hockey . Occasionally I travel to Dallas -- or Plano -- on business. Oh, how I dislike that place!

Yeah, Raleigh is south by about 1 degree. Since we are on the topic of US geography, here's an amusing little quiz: name the four states of the United States that have the most southern, most northern, most eastern, and most western point.

I did't know if the 'Continental' 48 states were specified or not but if not....the Professor IS right on all 4 accounts. Alaska is the furthest North AND East with Hawaii the furthest South. Maine's the furthest East, was't 'Moose' Cholak supposedly from 'Moosehead' Maine?LOL! He was actually born and raised in Chicago.
