Do you know if Hardman has been officially credited with Rockford's 3rd goal? Game Center's score sheet shows Rolston with his 7th goal and Rockford's website shows Rolston with 7 g's in their stats. However, the writeup about the game on the Rockford website thinks the puck was tipped by Hardman after Rolston tipped it first, making it Hardman's goal. The second commentator also mentioned he thought the puck may have been tipped twice after Kaiser made the shot. I tried slowing down the sequence, even down to 1/4 speed, but I couldn't tell definitively. Something else a little hard to figure: Jalen Luypen is shown with a 5 min. penalty for fighting at 12:09. Jake Livingstone for Milwaukee is also shown with a 5 min. penalty for fighting at 12:09. The interesting part; using the Game Center sheet, Luypen is shown as 5'10 & 171 lbs. Livingstone is shown as 6'4 & 207 lbs.

That's a big difference in size, anyone know how he did?

That's a big difference in size, anyone know how he did? Here is "Fists of Fury" Luypen vs Livingstone. It was more pushing and shoving than anything but Livingstone did get a glove off near the end and took a swing. Just a few seconds into the video, you'll see Rolston take a hard hit to the shoulder near the far boards which took him off his feet, and that started everything. I hope Rolston is okay; that was a hard hit right on the shoulder. Svechkov for Milwaukee was given a 2 minute elbowing penalty at the same time of 12:09, as the two fighting majors, so I guess that was what he got for the hit. Hopefully the video will open up for everyone. I had to sign in to Google after warnings of inappropriate content for minors.

From what I had seen while in progress, Commesso was having a great game through two periods. He had allowed only 1 goal on 16 shots at that point. But then the third period happened.

Hawks need their regulars back so we can send Rockford their team back. I don't understand why Phillips and Crevier are healthy scratches when they could be playing in Rockford. And both teams need help up front yet KD gets another big dman in his 30s.

Megna has actually surprised me. I thought it was a WTF move but for a guy who seems to have played very little this year he has shown some poise and has made some of the best outlet passes I’ve seen from our defense all year. He hasn’t been the worst defender out there by any means these last couple. I’m doubtful it’ll last, but yeah, they really need some help at forward.

Rockford has been stripped nearly bare as well so maybe they don’t want to do more damage but unless there’s no faith at all in what’s left why not mine our own system first? This guy seems to be earning another shot. Nice stat line in December while playing for a depleted team.

Hardmans had some injuries, especially concussions, nice to see him named the player of the month for Rockford.

Crevier back to Rockford. Good, it's better than being a healthy scratch. The big kid looked okay in his 13gms IMO,but I hope he noticed how big Kevin Bahl played in that game against the Devils. If Cervier played a physical style as imposing as his size, would the team have any need for Tinordi or Smegma?LOL!

He'll lay out the occasional hit but not consistently. I can't wait for Harding to turn pro, he's a great skater for 6'7" 235lbs, and he loves to hit and drop the gloves. Born in Glasgow and raised in Alberta, he's a tough no nonsense type of dman we need.

Congrats to Del Mastro on being named to the AHL All Star team. That's impressive considering it's his first season as a pro and he's known for his defensive play.

how about a little love for rockford's farm team? Not sure who the announcer was or for which team, but he surely was not impressed/excited with the game winning goal.
