Figured we would get peeps on record how they think season will go. With 98 at least we will be entertained! gonna still be a long year Ill say 30-42-10 70pnts.

Agree it should be more entertaining, I will go with 32-39-11, 75 pts. Bedard could be the difference in one goal games or getting the extra point with 3 on 3 overtime.

man....that's a tough call.
i reckon goaltending and defensemen are going to have a bigger say in the outcome than then bedard and the forwards.
last season was 26-49-7.
after phoning a friend, i've decided on 30-40-12 for 72 point. final answer.

29-42-11 for 69 points. Last year that would have put them 28th in the league. So an uptick but a ways to go. Unproven players at some key positions and little depth.

IMO the wildcard might be the big,rookie GT because 31yro Mrazek has been aweful the last two years when healthy and that ain't too often. I like he big Sweed in net,so I'll say a few more W's than last year......maybe 10 more if anybody can keep up with Bedard........IF.

Mrazek did seem better after his friend from back home visited last season, soccer goalie who was in the booth for an bit during a game. When he's not thinking about his groin he's a decent goalie. But Soderblom will be the starter at one point and Mrazek will be the backup or on the IR, he's gone after next season so hopefully he stays relatively healthy, especially at the trade deadline. |

I'm gonna say 32-45-5. 69 points, same as steamer, but I'm gonna say we win more than we lose in OT games this season.
still probably land a top 5ish pick, but I think there will be a lot of close losses.

Although I've been quite far from 52 points gathered by the Hawks in the recent season, I was still most close compared to other bets. Looking forward to next season's predictions. |
