I think you take Eiserman with pick 18. He is the scorer of the draft. Throw him on the ice with Bedard, and the first line is basically done. Then we go power forwards the remainder of the draft. Then I like Beaudoin, guys a workout animal. he could fall to 34? |

I like the pick, but there was absolutely no reason to move up to get him. he would've been there at 20, imo.

seems clear to me that the goal now was to get a center and top d in the first round. thus why they passed on Demidov.

It's amazing how quick they get the name on a sweater, so fast. Guessing they bring multiple sweaters to the draft, some with the names they want to select, and if not available it would just say Hawks on the back (saw the 2nd SJ pick get a jersey with Sharks on the back) |
