What's the matter----no one was excited enough about the Lions game to post? I was glad to see the Bears win as they might still be able to snag an invite to the Alamo Bowl. I would hate to see them have to go to the Redbox Bowl; or stay at home. I forgot they were on. The Hawks are all we have left to save the state of Chicago sports.

just finished watching the game. I slept through it, so I recorded it. always enjoy beating the liedowns, especially on turkey day in their place.
glad to get the win, hope we get 1 or 2 more to keep that first rounder from being too high, but if we lose out it means the 2nd rounder will be higher, so win/win.

good lord, where has this Trubisky been?
too bad it took the player actually saying in the media how he preferred to play for the coaching staff to start calling plays that work with his skill set.
win in Green Bay and we might actually have a game or two of importance to close the season....

yeah, torn pec means probably out for the season.
next man up. would loveeeeeeeeee to pull the upset in Lambeau next Sunday. lotta time to prep, hopefully we come in with a game plan for victory (RUN THE BALL, gb's run d is terrible. STOP THE RUN, gb hasn't done nearly as well throwing this year as in years past but Jones has run it well).

Well... Nagy took the Bridal off of him.. he’s running again, instead of trying to force something he’s not comfortable with, when he stopped running the D didn’t have to worry about him. He still needs to stop forcing the ball, he threw an interception in the red zone, he has to learn to throw it away and play for another down or take off and run. Yesterday’s game was a perfect example of him feeling more comfortable running than forcing something. I blame his lousy play on Nagy, absolutely handcuffed Mitch imo. When Mitch got out of the pocket yesterday he looked good. Nagy was not helping him. Trubisky still has to learn how to throw the ball to protect his receivers, he’s always got them stretched out.. Brady was just in an interview how young QB’s just throw the ball, and don’t throw it to help their receivers.. partly the reason for Mitches interceptions too. I still don’t see him as a big time NFL QB.. I don’t know maybe one day.. maybe it will take him longer to get to that stage.

Also nice to see Mitch doing some checkdowns at the line after reading the defense...he looked as relaxed and in control as I've seen him. Still a work in progress; some of his reads and forced passes are mistakes a guy with 20 less starts would make, but if he plays out the season like he did against Dallas, the decision about what to do with him moving forward will be a difficult one for the FO.

Great points you guys! Let 'crazy legs' be 'crazy legs',MT is a threat for a 1st down every time he takes off and is a more accurate thrower on the run when he rolls out. We saw plenty of these things last year and we also saw plenty of throws to an open Cohen in the 'flat' like Thursday night last year too......now we need to see more quick pitches to Cohen like we saw last year. Mitch has been much better but I can't figure out why he'd throw the ball to three Cowboy defenders instead of the open Miller behind them but his progress is encouraging. Unless a quality QB falls into the team's lap somehow,Mitch should be the guy next year IMO. The one thing I don't get about the wildcat is why do teams split their QB out wide when they run it? Doesn't this immediately tip off the defense? Wouldn't a quick pre-snap shift be more effective?

Just finished watching the Pats lose to the Chief’s... Don’t think I’ve seen a worse officiated game in my life.. unbelievable how the Pats got screwed at least 3/4 times in this game on missed or just terrible calls.. or no calls.. officiating in all sports is just terrible.. if the game is too fast these days, they need to be able to go to replay.. anytime.. it’s just getting bad.
Hawks up 3-1.. against the Yotes..

Believe it or not, the Bears have a chance to make the playoffs. Their best chance occurs if the following happens:
1. They win all three of their remaining games (Packers, Chiefs and Vikings)
2. The Rams lose two out of their remaining three (Cowboys, Niners and Cardinals); and
3. The Vikings lose two out of their three remaining games (Chargers, Packers and Bears).
Maybe it is not likely that all this happens, but a playoff spot looks more possible than it did three weeks ago.

I’m so tired of the NFL fuking up calls week in and week out.. they are costing teams games.. this call on the bears with interference on the punt receiver was absolutely horse sht.. they have to do something in sports, if refs can’t get it right.. it cost games and cities money.. the Bears could be leading in this game but instead they give the sht packers life.. JOKE

Nagy’s play calling Is absolutely terrible... and Trubisky can’t find the open receiver... throw the Fuking ball down field on third down.... so frustrating to watch this team.. they have no chance.

Bradshaw and Jimmy Jones said full on they do not think Belicheck had a clue about this, that it is something that was not know by any of the coaching staff. I think when your the top dog people try to knock you down constantly.....
Bring me the Pat’s organization in the past 15 years to Chicago, I’ll take all day.

I wonder if Mrs. Trubisky will ever get a chance to make a pick as a NFL GM again after taking her son for the Bears over Patrick Mahomes.

Paid 70M for a pass rusher and released Floyd,if the 1st round pick was a player,we don't need to spend that 70M on a pass rusher. If Floyd couldn't get his with Mack on the other side and Hicks in the middle,he'll never get much. Poor pick. I can't figure out what to think about the Foles trade. It only took a conditional 4th because the Jags wanted out of a deal they just signed a year ago and that's worrisome to say the least. He renegotiated but he'll still be expensive and take up cap that a better GM would wake up and spend on the OL! I thought we'd see a vet backup who had a little starter experience on a decent deal or a QB pick high in the draft or both but I didn't expect a big contact at the position. I'm not Mitch's biggest critic or supporter but at this point I thought you improve the OL,get a TE who ain't 33 and a wide-out wouldn't hurt either and give you're prized #1 pick another shot. Not really because he's earned it although he did have a solid campaign before Mr Quarterback whisper let him regress and blew up a reliable ground game but because the team had little choice IMO....you were stuck with Mitch for another year and shoulda just rode it out and hoped for the best. This team is NOT a SB team with Foles due to other weaknesses. I like Danny Trevathan but he can't stay on the field and that won't get better as he ages......shoulda gave Kwitowski a deal instead but he signed with 'Chucky'. sports.yahoo.com/nfl-winners-and-losers-what-are-the-chicago-bears-doing-225709308.html
