Awesome to hear Evan's ok, I've heard nothing but great things about his game and he has top6 potential. And Andrei sticking up for Barratt makes me like him as well, the scouting reports said he's a hard working 2way forward but I didn't think he'd fight.

Decent, he got the edge and showed great balance. Looks like a strong little bugger. Indeed, at the World Juniors he stood out because he did everything well, including hitting and forechecking. Never followed him closely since then but it's nice to see him over here and playing on the top line. Bonus he stood up for a dirty knee on Barratt. His last name is crazy, easy to identify who he was in that fight. I think Pierre McGuire 🙄 said he's a little tank and plays a smart 2way game. Influx of kids on the big club and the farm, should've happened a while ago but it's nice to see now.

The Hawks haven’t had a lot of luck with developing Russians but here’s hoping Altybarmakyan becomes a legit NHL’er. Then maybe in a couple of years Kayumov can be induced to give it a try when his KHL contract expires. He’ll be 24 then, no different than Kubalik or Suter, and more likely to be a complete player on arrival. Altybarrmakyan needs a nickname badly, “Tank” might be a good one.

looks like rockford is rotating 3 goalies same as the hawks were. hopefully they find a goal"keeper" out of the 3.

Looks like it’ll be a trying year for King and company, breaking in a lot of new guys. Yetman seems to be a decent late draft and it’s good to see Moberg get in a game, I’m pulling for him. Wonder where Teply is?

MacKenzie Entwistle Reassigned back to Rockford yesterday.
He never even got a chance to play a game.
What's the point of a taxi squad if they don't get to play.
The need ice time, either rotate them in or send them back to the AHL.

Sucks they lost again but they almost came back from an 0-3 deficit. Nice to see Phillips get his first pro goal, him and Krutil could be sleeper picks. Both 6'3" and have lots of upside. Noticed Moberg in the highlights as well, 7th rounder with size and offensive skill.

Plus he’s got a cannon. King will earn his money if he can teach these guys the pro game. Fifteen rookies suited up already.

Same here, he's got a wicked one timer plus he's agile for a big guy, like Regula. Although Moberg was a 7th rounder and Alec was a 2nd rounder, they both shoot right and play a similar game. 15 rookies that played already is crazy, just like the Hawks, they're starting slow but I think once they gel they'll play much better.

I don't mind, the losses like that one, showed some heart to stay focused, and nearly got 40 shots to boot, I agree old, timer LOL,, give them some time, they may fool a bunch of teams,

Gave Krutil a contract, Philips and Moberg still on tryout contracts though. Way overcrowded on the back end.

Regula scored his first pro goal, 1-1 after 2 periods. he'd better pan out because perlini's been absolutely tearing it up since the trade. jk.....he's tore it up all the way to switzerland, actually.
