i'm good with that. considering how green they both are, i still like them both. Haven't listened to this guy much, as he has been paired with the Turd-le neck twin many of the times he was on. I was hoping for Ross though, I thought he called the game really well, especially for being just 23 years old. |

I’ve been busy with my boys hockey this year. So the games that I’ve watched haven’t really had volume on so I can’t say who I like. And a few times it was on in the background. I’ve tried to catch almost all of Foleys games. I hope I get to see the rest. I’m just going off of what you fine fellas say about these candidates!!!

I think Vosters could be ok. Foley has a unique voice and I’ve heard it for so long so that it’s an automatic association with hockey. He varies his tone and because he’s a venerated old pro, he can get away with more stuff that he does both with his voice and going off on some tangents. It’s gonna be a tough transition but as long as they keep Colby away from the color commentary it should be ok.

It’s gonna be a tough transition but as long as they keep Colby away from the color commentary it should be ok. i somehow missed this during the game...either mentally cheering too loud or just plain old not paying attention. i've never heard foley (or anyone else for that matter) use the word "tallywhacked" in a hockey game. out of morbid curiousity i looked up the word tallywhack. multiple sites give this definition or one similar: Tallywhack - 1. To beat your partner with your penis during sexual activity. i honestly regret looking it up. |
