well, the weasely sack of shit that got him fired is gone, so... I would love for Dale to be an advisor or some how part of the team. I could see Tallon really helping out. Or even make him the gawd dam President. This is such a good thing to have him back. Even if it’s for one night. But this is all part of the healing the Hawks need to do…….. again!!! Maybe Dale even being Princess Daniels advisor would be great. |

Gotta think that the Wirtz’s will talk to him. Maybe not about what we’d like, but they’re gonna talk about the old days at some point. I hope they leave the door open for Uncle Dale to make a return. I doubt it, but it would be cool. If anyone knows about rebuilding, Uncle Dale got the Panthers pretty much done, and the Hawks!!!

Genna is actually listed on the Hawks site as on the broadcast team as content creator like GT said. But Chelios is not listed as an employee of the Hawks. She must be an nbc employee. |

Speaking of broadcast teams, is it really necessary for TBS to have Liam plus 4 "analysts" in between periods? NBC's format of Liam plus 2 was much better I think. Seems like Bissonette is the Milbury or Roenick of this group, providing some "bolder" commentary and he is likely to blow himself up the way they did before too long. . . . I liked having Keith Jones and Sharpie and/or Anson Carter.

althought it might be a bit too tame for people these days, i much prefer friedman, bieksa, maclean, hrudey, botterill, amber, stewart etc. because they take turns talking.
those yahoos on TNT ot TBS or whatever channel it is all often talk at the same time and it's just time wasted.

I do enjoy the lot of them. Bieksa is awesome on there. I absolutely love David Amber. He’s a beauty. Kelly Hrudy is getting old with me, I used love him but he’s, I don’t know, getting old. Botterill is good too, much better than Cassie. Stewart I wanna like, but he’s just not that good on tv. Not much personality there. Elliot was exactly the same way. Couldn’t stand his monotone dribble. He’s gotten a lot better I must say. For the most part I think they’re good. Ive enjoyed the World Championships with Cheryl Pounder, Methot and sometimes Dave Reid. They’ve been good too!!! |
