Watching those Dach highlights gave me many smiles watching that. Especially when going to the net. I liked how they clip Eddie's comments too.  |

I have to say I'm encouraged by most of what I've seen from Dach,his FO% being the part of his game most in need of improvement. This will take determination and hard work on his part and a little experience helps too. What concerns me are the comparisons to JT and how Dach's next in line for the 1LC,I'm NOT sayin' the kid's incapable.....it's just a LOT of pressure for a teenager. His progression is on him but more so on the staff and when I see two other talented,young forwards regress.....I'm concerned about that too. I guess we'll see how things go in the series and his sophomore season,I see the necessary tools and now let's see how they're used.

The Bag!!! I'll leave the poop emojis to you T-bone(LOL) but teaching young players was supposed to be JC's strong suit but I don't see it. Even if he was a decent teacher,teaching and actually preparing a young player for the NHL are two different things. What we saw from Strome and D-Cat the year before last was NOT a fluke,it was a natural extension of the chemistry they had in Jr's and to be honest it was even better in the NHL with career highs for both.......teacher had a better idea! |
