I can't read the athletic but I like the other one. Crazy how he asked his dad to sign him up for skating lessons and he noticed kids grabbing the boards and his first time he just went out and skated and was told after his first lesson he doesn't need to come back lol He's being mentored by Phill Kessel, hopefully not his diet lol

Now if the Beck kid can fall to 36 Yeah, one guy I wanted after following him some. With 38 and 39 if he's there I hope the Hawks take him and Luneau. Two guys we've talked about.

Nazar let’s hope he decides to head to London with the Hunters.
I can’t say I hate the picks. I like em. But I just wanted to see a wee bit more for the trades.
Anyways. It goes to show that the org was in awful shape. Now it’s time to let these kids develop. Hawks now have 3 2nd rounders. And a bunch after. So they’ll help replenish the shitty stock!!!

So..Nazar. upgrade at the dot from Dach? Well...as long as he doesn't forget to bring his stick to the faceoff circle, i don't see how he could be a downgrade at least. Kidding aside...breezing thru a few scouting reports it mentions nothing about his faceoff ability. Maybe that's not a bad thing. Another 18 year old with big potential. I like it.

It raves about his skating and skill, why they moved him to center to free him up, and his extreme work ethic. Sounds like he ticks every box.

I have a question regarding trading for picks. How many years in the future can a team trade their picks? Could the Hawks get a #1 from someone 5 years or more out, so say 2028 and beyond? To me, that would be a way to build a farm team. Take the Cat trade, get what they got, but include a #1 in 2028. Just curious what's allowed with trading picks.

Hope he goes. Plus the scouting reports say he works hard all over the ice and his great skating gets him in the right position fast. He'd learn a lot from the Hunters.

2 big mobile dmen. A righty and a lefty. This is how you rebuild. Not popular moves. But I will say I’m happy to have 3 first rounders in a draft. Hopefully 3 more next year. That’s how to rebuild quicker!!!

Rinzell is definitely a long term development, won’t even hit college for another year. He was hanging around the bottom of the first in some rankings.

No...it was a good copy and paste. 3.8 million hit, M-NTC next 2 years for mrazek. They needed a goalie and you can flip him at next year trade deadline plus they can fit him in their cap. Looks like KD and Dubas have made up.

Yep, looking forward to as well. Best 3 days to look forward to during the offseason - draft days 1&2 and free agency opening Edit: Actually, in central Europe, both draft days occur on the same day over here... day "1" starts at 01:00 AM and day "2" starts at 05:00 PM
To me, it's not quite the same without a first round pick.
