Might be too critical here but I don’t see Reichel reaching a level any farther north than Saad. I guess that’s still a top 6 on a competitive roster and maybe no prospect “tears up” the AHL the way they can in the lesser developmental leagues. And - I hope I have way underestimated him.

Crevier got his first pro assist last game and got another assist today.

It was good to see Teply get his first goal; maybe that will kickstart him. I'm curious what line he plays on. It was also good to see Teply get two points for the second consecutive game, and Galvas get 3 pts. in addition to two points from the game before.

Galvas is currently tied with Gust for the team lead in assists with 8, and he's fourth on the team in points with 9, although that will change as games are played.
According to the gamesheet from his 3 assist night, all 3 a's came on the PP. I'm assuming he's being used more in all situations with Regula and Mitchell not being there.

I guess if he is a decent top six player that's better than Kirby Dach, so there is some improvement on the quality of their draft picks.  But, he will not lead them across the Red Sea.  In fact, I think this team will stay on the shore of the Red Sea for many years, if not decades.

I have to wonder at this point if he will get a shot or be dealt. I have to think he’s dealt in the coming weeks. I don’t think KD stands in his way from making the NHL. And I doubt he’s in the plans here. They’ve gotten rid of all the smaller framed dmen and will continue to.

On a very positive note. Korchinski has 2 goals 17 assists in 12 games. 19 points in 12 games is solid for a forward. But dman, that’s uncharted territory. Looking forward to the next group here!!!
